WWF had a problem: people barely donated money for endangered birds. But why rely on donations? Just imagine: birds monetizing their song, getting royalties like Taylor Swift or Kanye. To make this happen, we launched a new music label called Birds Records. We recorded birdsong, turned it into samples, and allowed famous and upcoming artists to use them, collecting a birdie share from each stream.
This radically new strategy made the project a global hit, getting over 500 tracks from musicians, 1+ billion non-paid media impressions, and the status of the most awarded Eastern European ad of all time. The label is still earning money for birds.

To attract potential partners for a digital-first pizza delivery franchise, we designed an AI that analyzed more than 300 000 recipes to find a perfect combination of ingredients. We shared the recipe and the source code with small businesses far and wide via an Instagram bot, giving them the tool to create their own pizzas.
Sounds complicated, but it helped us to generate 400+ million non-paid impressions, getting new partners in 14 countries. On the launch day, we even pissed off some loyal customers by selling our entire supply of exclusive pizzas in just the first 3 hours.

To launch a label that helps endangered birds, we created a unique music video featuring their song and imagery. Each of the 9 stories illustrates the ugly side of human nature influencing the extinction of rare species. To compile this "wild animation mix," we, for over 3 months, collaborated with 20 artists working in various styles and techniques. Ivan Dorn, a Ukrainian music star, recorded the track.
The video received widespread public acclaim, 39 global awards, a late-night show invitation, and an official selection from Annecy, one of the world's top animation festivals.

Every year children get presents from Santa, but adults don't. We've fixed this unfairness.
In this short documentary, we let the 2nd graders from an ordinary Moscow school, using our marketplace, select any gift they desire with one condition only — it must be for their parents. Later, they prepared a little miracle surprise: a New Year's Eve play. We invited unsuspecting parents, turning an event into an emotional celebration.
